  • Recalcitrant – when the acne is not responding to treatments.

What are common side effects of Accutane?

Side effects of Accutane include:

  • Swollen lips or eyelids
  • Diarrhea
  • Hair thinning
  • Nosebleeds
  • Crusty skin
  • Dry mouth or lips

Are there any specific instructions for taking Accutane?
